Jericho Corners & Jericho Center (VCTR) zoning discussion- 6.4.24

At the meeting on June 4, the Planning Commission reviewed and discussed a presentation from consultant David White about the villages of Jericho Corners and Jericho Center. The presentation highlighted the differences and similarities between the districts. Planning Commission members discussed their observations and key takeaways from walking tours in each village and reviewed the dimensional standards and purpose of the zoning district from the bylaws.
