At a meeting of the Jericho Development Review Board held on December 9, 2020, the Board heard a request, by Ivan, Leon, Kevin and Wayne Hendee for a two-lot minor subdivision and boundary line adjustment. The properties are located at 161, 173, 177 Browns Trace and 3 Morgan Road which all are in the Low Density Residential Zoning District. After review the Board voted to approve the Hendee's your request.
