At a meeting of the Jericho Development Review Board held on February 9, 2022 the Board heard a request for a Boundary Line Adjustment by Jason and Kristy Garbarino. The properties are located at 33 & 35 Lee River Road which is in the Village Center Zoning Districts.
After review of the application, the Board unanimously voted to approve the applicants request with conditions.
