Planning Commission Meeting - November 16

The Planning Commission meets next on Tuesday November 16, 2021 from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

The PC is holding their meeting in person and via Zoom. Public comment at this meeting is welcomed and encouraged using the following methods:

• Attend the meeting in person at Town Hall. Pease note that masking is required for all public in Town Hall.
• Participate in the meeting via Zoom: Attendees must click this link to register in advance: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIvf--tqzoiGNWVx7_idYiapaIIbBuyySIb. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting via computer, tablet or phone. Registration is quick and easy - you can register at any time.
• MMCTV live video recording on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MMCTV15/live and live on the MMCTV local Comcast Cable Channel 1086. Note that these MMCTV options will not allow for live public comment.
• Email public comments ahead of time to be delivered to the PC to Katherine Sonnick, Planning Director, at ksonnick@jerichovt.gov

The PC will discuss zoning amendments related to affordable housing, specifically Accessory Dwelling Units, Planned Unit Developments, and updating the Zoning Use table. They will possibly warn for a public hearing on these draft changes. Click here to link to the draft zoning documents
