August 2025 Reappraisal Updates

There are several data collectors from NEMRC (New England Municipal Resource Center), the company that was hired to do the reappraisal out full force throughout the remaining of the year to get the property information updated. You are not required to let them inside your homes but being sure that the property data is correct will be a big help. You can either talk with them while they are on your property or call the Lister's office and review your information with them. If you are not home when they were there, you will find a door hanger with the information on it, feel free to call and leave your information for a call back for an appointment.

The reappraisal is scheduled for completion for the 2026 grand list, there will be numerous days for pre-grievance hearings to check on your new values and information.
