07.25.25 update- Browns Trace bridge

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:

This week, ECI completed stone armoring in front of both abutments, began excavating for the swale, and started placing stone on the northwest side of the project. They also stripped forms from the abutments, backfilled up to crane pad elevation, and set the bridge beams.

Looking ahead to next week, ECI will focus on formwork and installing rebar for the closure pour, which is also scheduled to take place. Roadway construction will continue as they build out the new approach.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: The road will continue to remain closed. Motorists should follow detour signs.
