Yearly inspections are conducted on any parcel that has received an approved Zoning Permit. If the construction described in your permit entails a change in the value of your property, we will visit to do an inspection.

If the changes are "interior" (indoors), such as additions or finished basements, we will contact you to make an appointment for an interior inspection. If the changes are "exterior" (outdoors), such as a deck or garage, we will visit your property as our schedule and weather permit. We will leave a card at the door indicating that we have been on the property.

If you prefer to be present for the inspection of exterior elements, please phone us at 899.2640 x 106 and we will accommodate your request.
