2024 Summer Recreation Camps

Camp is held Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 3:30.

There will be childcare in the mornings before camp from 7:30 to 8:30 at an additional fee and afternoon childcare from 3:30 to 5:00 at an additional fee.

**Cellphones are NOT allowed at camp. Campers must keep them in their backpacks. If staff sees them out they will be taken and will be returned at the end of the day.

Two Camps:

  • Jericho Elementary School- (younger camp) - 4 years old, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & entering 4th grade
  • Browns River Middle School - (older camp) - entering 5th grade, 6th, 7th & entering 8th grade

50% payment must be submitted with the application, the remaining balance needs to be paid in full by June 3rd, 2024. You can pay either by check made out to the Town of Jericho or by credit card (click here for the link) please note that the fees for credit card payments do not go to the Town, it is a third party administrative fee. Children will not be admitted on the first day of camp unless payment is received in full and forms are completely filled out.

REFUNDS WILL NOT OCCUR AFTER JUNE 5th!

    The Town of Jericho Summer Recreation program is a camp for pre-K through finishing 7th grade.  Residents and non-residents may register on a first come, first serve basis according to space availability.  All information must be complete for each registered child.   50% payment must be submitted with the application or space will not be reserved.  A check payable to the Town of Jericho (PO Box 39, Jericho, VT 05465) or a CREDIT CARD.

    The remaining 50% balance will be due on or before June 3, 2024 for ALL sessions.  Children will not be admitted on the first day of camp unless payment is received in full and medical forms are completely filled out.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JUNE 3, 2024.

  • 2024 Counselor-in-Training Application-(copy)

    Counselor-in-Training is a program offered to those individuals who have completed 8th grade and will become a freshman in high school.  This program offers these individuals an opportunity to work at a summer camp with counselors and directors.   Stipends will be awarded based on the number of days works. (see online brochure)  Camp Dates are June 24th ~August 2nd, 2024.  Deadline is Friday March 15th, 2024.

    In completion of the program, a CIT will receive a stipend as outlined below.  The stipend will be processed at the conclusion of camp.  A required time log at camp will be used to document your hours.
