Topic: How the Roads Got Their Name

There will be a discussion about the history of Jericho Road names in the Jericho Town Hall community room on Tuesday October 24th, 2023 at 5:30 PM. This meeting will be a hybrid format in-person as well as via zoom and is expected to last about an hour. This discussion will be similar in format to the history of Jericho schools and the history of baseball in Jericho discussions that took place in 2021. Some of the information is in the History of Jericho Volume III and some of the information is going to be presented by Paul Alexander. Paul grew up on Steeple Bush Hill and as a college student he interviewed his father Wayne about Jericho Road names. Wayne Alexander was on the initial road naming committee that was formed in the 1960's. We are grateful that MMCTV will be filming the event so that it can be archived.
