The COVID-19 outbreak and the social distancing precautions it necessitates are having a big impact on Jericho citizens, businesses, and general daily operations.

Due to restrictions in place for COVID-19, and in accordance Bill H.681 boards and committees are holding their meetings virtually. MMCTV is also live streaming Selectboard, Planning Commission, and Development Review Board meetings. Below you can find out how to access all of these meetings.



Selectboard

The Selectboard meets via Zoom on on the first and third Thursday at 7:00 pm. Their next meeting is Thursday January 14. (Meeting ID: 883 3793 3110, Passcode: #440928)

How to Participate: Zoom is free to the public and does not require registration or log-in. Public participation and comment at this meeting is welcomed and encouraged using the following methods:

  1. Access the July 2 Zoom meeting for free on your computer, smartphone or tablet: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88337933110?pwd=S1ZlNk1sM1YzSm1MSHFNQ25tZDFXUT09. This method allows for video and audio connection.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets via Zoom on the First and Third Tuesdays at 7:00 pm. Their next meeting is January 19.

How to Participate: The PC is holding their Zoom meeting and are requiring registration for the meeting. Registration is quick and easy - you can register at any time. Public comment at this meeting is welcomed and encouraged using the following methods:

  1. To participate in the meeting, attendees must click the link below to register in advance: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIsdumhrD4iGNSEoXtHn--oh72RvsJT4I7U After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting via computer, tablet or phone.
  2. MMCTV will not be recording this meeting live, but the video will be available following the meeting on the PC website.

Development Review Board

The DRB normally meets via Zoom on the Second and Fourth Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. The DRB meets next on January 13 at 7:00 pm.
